FEE - HELP

Commonwealth Assistance Loans:

FEE-HELP is available for eligible students to assist you in financing your studies.

There is no upfront cost to eligible students.

FEE-HELP is eligible to all Australian Citizens and residents who hold a Permanent Humanitarian Visa. New Zealand citizens are also eligible for FEE-HELP if they meet the following criteria:

  • First began residing in Australia at least 10 years ago and at that time you were a child under the age of 18 with no spouse or de facto partner; and

  • You have been in Australia for at least:

  • a total of eight out of the past 10 years; and

  • a total of 18 months out of the last two years.

To apply for FEE-HELP:

  • Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements

  • Have a valid Tax File Number

  • Select this payment option when filling in your application.

  • Complete the eCAF (electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form) that is sent out to you.
